60 Challenges of Law: Law in Contemporary Society

Collective work, co-coordinated by Ana Cláudia Silva Scalquette, in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Faculty of Law of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. In this volume, themes related to law in contemporary society were addressed. The authors, in an article called Contemporary analysis of the protection of difficult cases: the precedent in Brazilian law, analyze and question situations not yet protected by positive law.
