In this II International Conference, the result of the work of the CNPq Research Group – GBio of the UPM Law School – led by Prof. Dr. Ana Cláudia Scalquette, topics such as the Civil Liability of the Doctor in Italy, Civil Liability for Biohazards, The Vision of Bioethics in Educational Management, Reflections on the 2016 reform in the legal regime of medically assisted procreation in Portugal, among others, were discussed.
