In this Congress, the result of the work of the CNPq Research Group – GBio of the UPM Law School – led by Prof. Dr. Ana Cláudia Scalquette, several topics related to the panels Technology and the Vulnerable, Technology and Information and Technology at the Service of Health, were discussed. On this occasion, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Università Degli Studi di Salerno (Italy) was also signed.
